First build · live
Shopify wholesale order. Invoice in the inbox the same day.
Net 30 only starts when the invoice goes out. If someone is still copying lines into a template, the clock never starts and the bookkeeper finds out late.
This build takes a paid or accepted order, writes the invoice, emails the buyer, and copies the bookkeeper. It runs on n8n in your account. You own it.
Proof
Paid order to inbox, about ninety seconds.
Partner-store demo: checkout completes, then the customer invoice and the bookkeeper copy show up. No node tour. No credentials on screen.
What it does
One motion. Two emails. Clock starts today.
Typical hours returned: 25–55 a month, depending on wholesale volume. The audit replaces that range with your numbers.
- 1
Order accepted
Paid checkout, approved draft, or wholesale order landing in Shopify.
- 2
Invoice written
Lines, totals, order number. No one copying into a template.
- 3
Buyer and bookkeeper notified
Customer gets the invoice. Bookkeeper gets the same copy. Terms can start.
Who it is for
Wholesale that still needs your invoice.
Shopify stores roughly USD 500k–5M a year with a real wholesale book: a B2B portal, Net 30, emailed POs, Faire next to a gated B2B site, or seasonal PDF order forms.
Not for enterprise EDI or NetSuite shops that already close invoices cleanly. Not a WISMO product for teams that already run Gorgias well.
What this is not
Not an app. Not a node tour. Not six products pretending to be live.
I do not sell you a shared SaaS. The workflow sits in your n8n with your credentials. I do not walk prospects through Railway or API keys on a Loom. Order to invoice is the live first build. The other processes on the home page are what we measure on the audit and automate next.
What it costs
Small enough to say yes.
Retainers run three months minimum, then month to month. The dashboard should be why you stay.
Automation Audit
Free for founding clients. Then $300, credited in full against the first build.
Free then $300 credited
Order → invoice build

Questions
Straight answers.
What triggers the invoice?
A paid or accepted Shopify order on the wholesale path you choose. The workflow writes the HTML invoice, emails the buyer, and sends a copy to the bookkeeper so the payment clock starts the same day.
Do I need a developer on staff?
No. It runs on n8n in your own account. I scope it, build it, and I am who you call if it breaks.
Who owns the workflow?
You do. Your n8n, your Shopify credentials, documented handoff. Store-specific settings live in one config node. If the retainer ends, it keeps running.
How long to go live?
About two weeks for the first build after the audit, including the thirty-check self-check before anything reaches you.
What does it cost?
Automation Audit is free for founding clients, then USD 300 credited against the build. First build is USD 1,000. Maintenance is USD 500 a month.
Is this only for Shopify B2B portals?
No. It fits portal orders, emailed POs, Faire vs direct B2B splits, and dealer PDF or spreadsheet orders, as long as the order lands in Shopify or an inbox we can watch.
The next step
Book the audit.
Forty-five minutes on how wholesale orders become invoices today. Two business days later, a written report with hours and what I would fix first, yours either way.
